• A commitment to buy,  is deemed as binding,  cancellations should be in writing prior to collection/delivery or installation. A cancellation fee to include costs incurred in refurbishment, adaptations and/or delivery charges may apply if you decide to cancel. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Pictures of used garage equipment are intended to show the purchaser the product. In most cases a picture of the actual item will be used, occasionally a stock picture of the item may be used in the case of lifts, but an indication of condition and age of product will available for the purchaser to assess the product.
• Unless you have an account with us, payment is due in full prior to despatch or collection of  ALL purchases.
• Payment by personal or business cheques require bank clearance before being deemed paid.
• Bank Drafts or Building Society cheques and cash payments are accepted if collecting from our works.
